The Women of Faith® blog tells the Eyes of Faith story through an interview with co-founders Amy & Jim Schneider:
“God, I don’t know how you can use me. The only thing I know how to do
well is I know how to love people unconditionally and I’m really good at
fitting people with glasses.” When she prayed that prayer, optician Amy
Schneider was on medical leave, just trying to get her body “back in
working order.” What she didn’t know was her insurance-agent husband was
also praying . . . something she only learned when Jim woke her out of a
deep sleep to exclaim “Amy, I’ve got an amazing idea to start an
