Eyes of Faith Optical continues to increase its commitment to Christian mission organization Sight Ministries with the presentation of a $5,000 Wear & Share donation check at the annual Vision Source member meeting, “The Exchange,” in Las Vegas, Nevada. For every frame sold from its Eyes of Faith and licensed brand collections, the Eyes of Faith Foundation donates the funds to Sight Ministries to purchase eyewear for distribution during global missions. The latest donation resulted from its February and March ophthalmic and sunglass sales.
“Since the inception of Eyes of Faith’s Wear & Share program in 2011, Sight Ministries has received the funds to deliver prescription glasses, reading glasses, and sunglasses to more than ten thousand people around the world who would otherwise have no access,” said Dr. Glenn Ellisor, Sight Ministries board member, and founder and CEO of Vision Source. “The gift of sight alone is life-changing, but Eyes of Faith and Sight Ministries exist to share God’s love through these missions, and we believe that is an immeasurably valuable gift.”
